The same four steps whether you want ten contacts or a hundred thousand: narrow the database down, see what it costs, spend credits only on what you keep, and leave with a CSV.

Every column has the control that suits it, rather than one search box pretending to understand what you meant.

You pay for contacts, not for looking

- Searching costs nothing
- Filter, count and refine as long as you like. Credits are spent at the moment you take a contact, not before.
- Empty contacts are free
- A record with no email and no phone number is never charged for. You cannot be billed for a blank.
- You see the bill first
- Every reveal, batch and export shows the exact number of credits and what your balance will be afterwards.

- Matched on what you already have
- A LinkedIn profile URL or an Apollo contact id is enough. No fuzzy name matching, so a row is either the right person or it is not matched at all.
- Unmatched rows come back to you
- They are returned as their own file rather than dropped, and they cost nothing. You only pay for rows we actually filled in.
- Never charged twice
- Enrichment spends against the same ledger as search and export. A contact you have already revealed is free here too.

- Credits are moved, not minted
- Granting debits your balance by exactly what the member receives. A team's total never changes by handing credits around, which is why the pool above falls as the rows fill.
- Take back what is unspent
- Revoke returns credits to the main account. You can also block a sub-account outright without deleting anything they have already revealed.
- One level, on purpose
- A sub-account cannot create its own sub-accounts. It keeps “when the balance allows” unambiguous about whose balance is meant, and revoking never has to cascade.
